It was a lovely experience.

I loved the entertainment in the hotel. The food was good although it would have been nicer to have more variety. The resort is very beautiful at night. I also like that the resort was always clean.

Communication with room service. It was a bit of a struggle communicating in English. I did not like the beach.

Pickalbators never disappointed us in all their hotels.

The reception and the entire staff were very helpful and polite.. they tried their best to fulfil our needs and everything were exceptional.. I would like to thank Mr Baha'a and Mahmoud at the reception, Omar and Mostafa from the restaurant and Mahmoud from room service

The water at the pools was a little bit colder than expected but that didn’t keep us from playing at the water park.

Amazing hotel with beautiful pools and bright sunshine

Everything was just so amazing. Water rides, couple of heated pools, quality of air, beautiful sunshine in December, Housekeeping and Reception staff.

Great hotel but not vegetarian friendly at all

There was so much to keep you entertained in the resort. Very family friendly. Staff were all generally very friendly. Being able to go to the sister hotels for the beach/waterparks was great, broke up your stay so you didn't have a chance to get bored. Would definitely recommend to families and even couples.

Not at all vegetarian friendly, there were no full meals for vegetarians, random foods like steamed veg/boiled rice/chips but nothing that formed a meal. All the chefs double dipped and used the same utensils/pans for both meat and vegetarian food, very off putting and a real issue for people with allergies. None of the food labels showed what foods were vegetarian/had allergens so it was hard to know what to eat, i often put food on my plate that had meat in it but it wasn't always easy to tell until later. I feel this a real issue that needs to be addressed. The showers were very poor, zero water pressure, temperature going from burning hot to freezing cold every 30 seconds, made showers unbearable as you'd get scalded or freeze, the taps all had brown water randomly spurt out even after they were on for a while. Grim when brushing your teeth and it gets on your toothbrush. Apart from the above, I cannot recall any other issues.

Great place for families with big kids

The check in/out and the desk service was amazing, very nice and smiley ppl. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Our room was upgraded from 1 big bed and 1 small beds to 1 big and 2 small beds, free of charge. We had a baby stroller, therefore received a room on the first floor close to the swimming pool. Some of kid's waterslides were turned off but when we asked the staff, they turned them on especially for us. The ability to use both Albatross facilities next to each other was amazing. The food was good. The wifi works very successfully. Definitely will suggest this hotel for families with older kids then mine (1+4 yrs)

Mosquitos were everywhere, in 2021 there are enough solutions against them. The main food court had low to no air conditioning, at noon and evening it was intolerable to sit inside while outside was also very warm. "Chinese" restaurant was just 2 containers and a Chinese guy. The only Italian in the "Italian" restaurant, was the welcome sign in the entrance coloured with green-white-red colours. The heated outdoor swimming pool was active for one day only during our stay in April, with 2 very little kids it felt badly since this pool was our main attraction in the hugh water park. Towels changing protocol is very uncomfortable, u may receive towel once a day and return them until 5 pm, so if your towel is wet or dirty or if you have 2 or more kids, u need to carry on the towel through the hugh waterpark distances. The ice cream "bar" is just a gay with small and single taste ice cream box. Everyday only kebabs, more traditional middle Eastern were missing, e.g Swarma for example.

I don't know from where i start to describe this amazing hotel , very easy and flexible check in , receptionists ( Mr mustafa and Mr baha ) were incredible and friendly, they gave us a great brief about the facility including the available services , the room was clean , the aqua park is fantastic including the warm swimming pools , wide varieties of water slides for all ages , I loved the concept of offering multiple bar stations all over the park serving cold and hot drinks all the times , in conclusion : nice staff , great facility and incredible services worth of money

Great stay for families. The resort was good but would be great if all of the amenities were opened.

The Park has a lot of water attractions for families which was amazing. The all inclusive options was well worth it. Overall the staff adds the value to this property. Waleed from the restaurant, Mohommed from Mac Cafe and the kids entertainers have been exceptional. The ability to use the neighbouring hotel (aqua Blu) was also welcomed.

Not all of the water slides were open and we were limited to one restaurant (except the Moroccan restaurant which you can use once only). The aircon in the room didn’t work which was a problem during the cold days.
